In the last month app is proving unreliable- charging sessions show as still active , Initial authorisations not cancelled, charging sessions fail

Same issue, 1 charger wasn't communicating with car but in the app said charging, moved to the next bay and started a charge by having to close the app and restart it as it couldn't communicate with charger and the app thought I was charging even when the car hadn't taken anything , managed to start a charge in the other unit but still was showing my previous attempted charge as active. Luckily it didn't bill me twice.
