Feedback on Charging

Following a drive of 7hrs I planned a stop at Carlisle IONITY. Before stopping I checked the app, planned the route and all was good. On arrival I attempted to use x5 of the chargers, none of which worked with the app and cost me over 40mins of wasted time. I contacted customer service and they advised there to be a problem! Thanks for the notification and thanks for the wasted time and extra expenditure (yes I’m being sarcastic).
