Users should be able to book a charger in advance at least 5-10 minutes before they arrive to charge their vehicles. Most of the time at peak hours, when I try to charge my vehicle by the time I arrive at the charger I see other vehicles just their few seconds before me and I have to wait for an hour or more or drive to the other charging station.
